Jeez, what a boring guy that would be...just talking about his wife and kids all the time. Being flirtatious is not a criminal (or even cheating) offense.
If you want to know if a guy is married, look at his left hand.

thats funny you should ask i have often wondered the samething .. I was married the first time to a woman 23 years.I very seldom called her work but she answered. She worked with another girl for five years and she to my knowledge always wore a wedding band..One day .. i called there and the other girl answered the phone.i said could i speak to .. and i want say her name here and the girl says who shall i say is calling and i said this is her husband.. and she said oh.. hmmm i didnt even know that she was married.. My god the girl had worked with her five years and didnt know that she was married. .thats weird.. I dont know whats worse a woman that brow beats her husband and talks bad about him all the time to coworkers or doesnt speak at all about her husband.. thats really pathetic..

Most guys like to flirt. Unless you are having an affair you should not feel shady about it. Some people dont talk about their family. You could have asked him whether he is married.

Yeah, it sounds shady. I guess if a woman wants to know something, she has to ask. Women have to be more savvy these days and not take things for granted. My 22-year-old daughter was going out with a young man and found out, quite by accident, that he already had a girfriend who had just given birth to their child. He had been sending text messages to my daughter from the delivery waiting room. Needless to say, my daughter was disgusted and appalled...it was a painful lesson for her to learn but fortunately this relationship hadn't gotten too serious when she found out.

depends on how he is flirting, flirting isn't a bad thing if it doesn't cross the line. The man should have a wedding band on, if he doesn't and you find out he is married then he is probably not the most trustworthy person. Same goes for women.

He should be proud and brag about his family. If he's just looking to flirt, there is a danger sign for sure!

Yes, that would be shady.
The only exception to this is if he were in an open marriage...and even then he shouldn't be flirting with co-workers.
