has anyone ever thought that EVERYONE could physically be seeing different colors, but we all classify it by name, so we can all recognize it, but think about it. Say I see red a certain color and another person could see their red as my blue... but we classify it as red.

If you get what i'm talking about, how can this thought be proven false?

I get what you are saying, and I like it. Here is a thought lets say me and you are painting and we want to use pink, we dont have any so I mix my thought of red with what I call white to make pink. Would this work? I think your idea cant be proven false.

I think that's why not everyone likes what I see as red. The color that I see as red might look like blue to you, but you've always called it red. I have wondered that same thing before and decided that there's no way possible (yet) to find that answer. I think we'd have to tap into the optic nerve or brain center to find out if two minds "see" colors exactly the same.

This is a very interesting question, but how would we explain then why everyone thinks grey is depressing, and pink, yellow, as happy colors, red as exciting, or blue as calming, if we all saw it different

Rare case because the spectrum is there for anyone to see. If u come across such a rare case (of seeing red as blue), then you can recommend them to see an eye specialist.
