i know my boyfriend uses a skype phone when calling me and its about 10-15 bucks a year - but i guess thats cause we're in the US. I would guess calling else where would be that plus a fraction of that, but I am not sure. You should contact your skype provider for the most accurate details. :)

Free...maybe...free international calls from the US to 50 different countries..check this website out...http://us.f610.mail.yahoo.com/ym/ShowLetter?MsgId=7102_8097426_8012_1301_19797_0_7576_125433_3667067027&Idx=16&YY=14362&y5beta=yes&y5beta=yes&inc=25&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=a&head=b&box=Inbox...looks alot longer here. The phone number is 712-858-8883. It will call a number in Iowa and at the prompt press 011, the country code and phone number. You will have to pay long distance but if you have a cell phone that has it free you will not have to pay for it. The website I found this at is NW_012007BUBfreecallscb2c1a. This also tells you of 1-800-free-411 for free directory assisance. The downside of the free international line is it may be busy and you may need to call it a bunch of times. Hope this helps...
