I would cover the top of it with whipped cream, top it with a layer of raspberries, and drizzle dark chocolate sauce over it, maybe finish it with sliced almonds. I would place it on a black plate, and light a candle nearby, then decorate the area of the table with gold leaf pieces. Open the Champagne!! And enjoy Valentine's Day too!
