I don't know why...but I much prefer to stay at home...I love my home....when I go out of state to visit family.....I can't wait to get home to my own bed...I'd much rather family to come visit in my home. Am I strange?

No you are not strange, my friend is that way, as are lots of people. I love to travel, being somewhere different every night, seeing new sights all the time. When I was younger I traveled all over the western USA, been in or through every state west of the Mississippi. Hope do that again someday.

Yes, I like to travel, and usually go on at least two pleasure trips each year.
One thing I notice is you only mention visiting family out of state.
While that is great, it is a fairly big planet, and there are a lot of other places to visit, you don't have to just visit family.

I enjoy travelling. But there are times that I am wary of the cleanliness of a hotel room and wished that I was in the comfort of my own home. So no, you're not strange.

To each his own. When I was working, I put 32,000 miles yearly on my car. Iove to drive with the windows down and cuss out drivers when I just need to vent. Love to travel but to drive only. I am waiting for a bridge to be built to France so I can drive there.

I like to travel other places to learn about their history and culture by going to their museum and visit their cemeteries at night.
