Could anyone give me a website that has a good tutorial for scripting basic?

Basic is not a good scripting language unless you're going to use Visual Basic Scripts. I don't consider VB to be Basic (to far from the original specification for my tastes), but that'd be about the only scriptable Basic. Otherwise you could use something like QBasic to run a program, but it wouldn't script. Don't ask me about the dozens of other flavors of Basic (Darkbasic, Powerbasic, etc).

I'd recommend dreamincode.net or devarticles.com. Else just do a google search for "basica scripting tutorials" (the PageRank system should kick up a useful site in the top 10).

Now, for a language that scripts and does it well, I'd recommend Python or Lua. Pro programmers use it when they want/need to offload something to a script, and amateurs use it to automate processes quickly and easily. Python is easier to learn, but Lua is more powerful.

Learn html first then javascript then CSS. Those are the basics to buid a decent website. You need an editor that you can find for free at cnet.downloads.com
