It's all oldies spanning from the '50s or '60s through the '70s. Each cd is in a grey sleeve that has the year the music is from and all the music info. Does anyone know what this cd collection is? My dad had it, and I lost most of the CDs, and I want to buy it for him. Please help if you know it. Thanks!

it was like a 50 cd collection, i.e. one cd per year or something crazy like that.

In the days of vinyl I would buy records that I knew someday would be totally off the wall. I look through them now and then and can't help but think what incredibly horrid taste I must have had. I mean, Elva Miller's Greatest Hits? (She was an opera singer in the 60's that put out an album of then current rock songs). NRBQ, I don't think anyone else on the west coast had ever heard of them. R. Crumb (underground comic artist) and the Cheap Suit Serenaders. Who knows, maybe one of them will make my children rich some day!

What you may have to do is if you remember specific songs and artists is to put them all into google (correctly spelled) and see what collections pop up. Then look on ebay or gemm.com
