Alter or fake? The moon landing was all make believe to you? The fact that we landed on the moon is pre-requisite to the advances we have made in cable tv and the internet and PCs! If you want to spend the time and money, the government controls all satellites that are powerful enough.

This subject has been discussed ad nauseum. a 1 ft wide object on the Moon would need a telescope with a 1.5 km wide aperture to resolve, in addition to the 5 km effective focal length. This large a telescope is not physically realizable.
