Ok Im 33 years old and have NEVER been pregnant nor had a "scare". My husband and I have been together for 3 years and don't use protection and I haven't used protection with my last 3 boyfriends which span almost 10 years. My periods are always regular and I have no STD's. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was around 19 and they did a laperoscopy but didn't find anything. At this time I can't help that Im not fertile. I heard fertility test are very expensive and insurance won't cover it. Is there any other way to find out?

first go and buy a ovulation kit ,most pharmacy sell them and find out when and if you ovulate ,time sex with ovulation and your chances of falling increase ,you may not be ovulating every month if you had endometiosis so try over a couple months ,to test both ovary's.

We saw a fertility doctor after 14 months of ttc baby #3. The original visit was $360, that was a consultation and ultrasound to make sure I had no ovarian cysts or other problems.
Intra-Uterine-Insemination (IUI) would have been $700 per procedure, and IVF would have been close to $10k.
I was on Femara to induce ovulation, which was under $100 per month.

Best wishes!!

Start with charting your basal body temperature. The thermometers are cheap and you can get free charts online. Google it for more info.

If that doesn't help you figure out ovulation, trying a fertility prediction kit. They're worth the $30.
