My flight attendant friend said --Be calm and self assured but not lofty/snotty. Eye contact and good posture. Makeup but nice and easy. You want to look Every Woman, not unusual or sharp/hard. Someone you'd ask directions for if you were lost in a strange city kinda person. Kind, smart and take charge if necessary kinda gal.

tell them that you're excited and intrigued about being a flight attendent. tell them that you want travelling and helpng people all international huge. grow to be the tiger and kick the shyness out of your vocabulary.
