Yes, it does. Its like a contrast setting on your TV or Monitor. It enhances the brightness of the eyes. Makes the eyes beautiful to look at. I cannot look at my wife's eyes without kajal. So she makes it a point to apply kajal soon as she washes her face in the morning. It acts as a coolant too.

ya its obvious dat kajal adds beauty for girls it also gives brightness to face it looks charming it always givs extra beauty but d kajal ur using shud b a gud company if its a local made there r chances for skin alergies n so on....

girls with kajal,look amazing. the benefit of kajal is to keep your eye cool. it shows a appealing look. i use kajal regularly. lining upper layer and the inner layer makes it looks mor good.
