Yes and no-- you'll be able to see all the sights within San Antonio (Alamo, bridges, etc), but you'll miss a lot of nearby cities with fun things (like the beaches of St. Padre island). You could do it all if you keep to a schedule, but often it's so warm and cozy down there... you'll probably want to save some time for relaxation and picture taking.

It will depend upon what you like to do and whether or not you want to do kid friendly activities, historical visits or clubbing on the Riverwalk.
Not mentioned yet are the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park which is very interesting and involves travel to the four Spanish missions. I'll include a link to it. If you have an engineer in the group there should be interest in the Espada dam and aqueduct.
Then there are the San Antonio Museum of Art, the McNay Art Museum, and Brackenridge Park and the miniature train that was the site of the last reported real train robbery . . . just a few years ago. For the kids in the group is the Children's Museum downtown.
There's El Mercado and the new museum that will open very soon (April) that is a branch of the Smithsonian in Washington. The last link below is about the grand opening and has a neat web intro.
So, three days isn't enough to see it all. But then aren't the best vacations the one's where you leave thinking...."I have to come back that was fun and there is so much more I wanted to see?"
Come and enjoy

Not really. San Antonio and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to visit. Austin is about a 2 hour drive north of SAT and it is worth a day trip to visit the capital. There are numerous things to see and do in San Antonio. To see the area and all it has to offer take a few more days.

3 days is enough for a holiday in San Antonio. I have done this before a couple of times and I saw plenty. Enjoy your holiday.

Same: Yes & No!
If you are going to stay inside S.A. yes you do have enough with 3 days. I recommend a whole day downtown (the Alamo, Mall, wax museum, ect.) and a day at a theme park (Sea world, fiesta texas, water world), I recommend Fiesta Texas, and another day for whatever, relaxing, walking around and lunch or dinner at "Mi Tierra," inside "El Mercado" area of S.A. Take tennies and sun screen, even if the sun isn't out you'll get burned!
HAVE FUN
