i dont know how to get there. what do i need? how much money do the earn?? how long would it take??

It's community college. You don't have to choose a major until you get to the 4 year school. Everything you take now are the basic, general classes.

Also, don't go into a field because of money.

Clearly your in the right place, if you're only concerned with how much money you will make and don't know much about Psychology then mmmaaaybe this is not the road for you, or maybe it is. Community college is a great place to explore many different areas you think you might be interested in. Talk to a student advisor to help you figure out a plan that works for you.

Major in what interests you. Usually community colleges don't force you to choose. You can major in general studies for your AA degree in the first two years.

Psychology usually requires at least a master's degree in order to work in the field. Social workers at nonprofits don't make much, but you can make a lot if you go into private practice and help people with their problems. However, it's also a good degree for understanding people, for learning how to research and to write, and those skills apply to any job.
