Would you please advice me a way to recover my problems?

I am Shuhan, 38 years old. Some days ago I did routine test of my urine in a lab. In the test report everything is okay only it shows albumin traced. Actually I am working in a private company working 12-14 hrs every day under pressure.Rather my digestion condition is not good. I don't feel energetic & good.I also don't feel sex & fail to satisfy my wife. Would you please advice me a way to recover my problems?

Exercise every day to increase energy and stamina. Also take a multi-vitamin to provide your body with essential nutrients. Live healthy.

Try going to the doctor. Best to be checked by a professional.
