you cant .but as time goes by your heat will heal and you will
move on . but jut any thing else your heart has a mind of it own
so just take it day to day and then you will see that there is
light at the end of the tunnel.

Do what I did.Write a Five Thousand word long letter on a scale of harshness one threw ten make it a hundred then after your done with that you will have un beleivable shame about it and wont be able to bear the sight of them in your guilt.

avoid the person you love. refuse to hear anything from someone who wants to say something about them or what they been doing. keep your time occupied. as time goes on it gets easier but time don't heal everything it only makes it tolerable. good luck

If you don't feel for the person, it is better to get off respectfully. Please don;t call names or demean anyone. People will understand this and separate gracefully. Next time you run into them, both are free from guilt.
