Indeed, it is true. Anything that 'flows' (moves from one place to another) is a fluid. That would be liquids and gases.

Some would argue that amorphous solids are fluids also, since they flow very, very . . . slowly.

True...steam( a gas) can be concidered into a fluid( water).
