Don't worry about another date right now. You had better find out if your friend has any chance of having HIV or any other sexually transmittable disease.
NEVER HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX unless it is with someone you know well and are willing to risk an std or INTEND TO GET PREGNANT.
DO NOT TELL ANYONE ELSE RIGHT NOW EXCEPT A DOCTOR AND TALK TO ONE TOMORROW.
The last thing you need if you do not have it already is a rep for being loose.
Did you know it can take up to 10 yrs for the hiv virus to show itself?
Your future is more important than a few minutes of pleasing a guy for whatever reason.
If you want to please a guy find one you want to stay with first.
Its worth it.

You need to be worrying about other things other than this guy telling his friends. You will contact a STD or get pregnant not using protection. Having casual sex with guys doesn't say much about you having any self respect for your self. Only s l u t s behave like that.

I cant really understand your question.
Quite possibly this guy will tell all his friends. You should say it was a mistake that you regret. Then (in future) try to control yourself - no sex.
There is no reason to tell the other guy who was to date you (unless he thinks you will sleep with him too - then you need to tell him you are not going to)
Dont create a reputation for yourself that you dont want.
