How do I get video to play on my PDA?

Its OS is Windows Mobile 2003 and it has Windows Media Player 9 Mobile.

Just download the video to your device, open Windows Media Player, select your file and play it.

Just dump a compatible video file on an SD card and hopefully it is already in a format that WMP Mobile can read off, although in an unrelated note, WMP Mobile is by comparison less efficient and less capable than TCPMP for Windows Mobile, you may want to get that installed if you see a performance problem with WMP Mobile.
