I was wondering how long similac milk can last in a bottle outside the refridgerator before it is no good?

From the time it is mixed it can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. If it is left out at room temperature it should all be used within 1 hour. If there's any left at the end of a feeding it should be thrown out. Hope that helps.

We always tossed the similac if it was longer then an hour. Here's the URL from similac with additional information.

1-2 hours provided it is not in extreme heat or direct sunlight and the bottle is sealed. Just smell it first to make sure, and ask yourself, "how long would I leave milk sitting out and still drink it myself?" you have some lee-way but not a lot
