on the screen it says to connect it to itunes and restore my ipod but on itunes it says "there was a problem downloading the ipod software to the ipod the requested source was not found. it also says it is corrupt. please help

that what happend with mine, first I had to clear the ipod like it was when i verly boughtit, then it worked fine. Then it happen again and it just didnt want to work any more, and now is in the trash can

Try using Windows Media Player. My son did that and it worked.

go to the iPod website they may be able to help but you may just need to reset it though

either you accidentally put it on hold, or you need new batteries, or you may even have to many songs

dou have the latest i tunes flip thorugh the menus untill u see i tunes udates wat version do u have
