Yes U too! They R so bad! Hurt awful. I have to keep my feet as warm as I can or that always happens to me, now I know I am not alone.

Yes! If I go swimming in really cold water I get cramps in my ankles. This is what you should do, rub rubbing alcohol on your feet and then put socks on. My mom used to rub rubbing alcohol on our feet/legs when we were little because we used to get leg cramps. This was the only thing that would work. But it really does work!! and quirkycut is right, do eat a lot of bananas you get those cramps also when you don't have enough of potassium.

I am not saying you have this, but mine started doing that a few years ago. Now I have arthritis in my feet. I use Aspercreme and wear socks that have a wool blend in them. This really helps with the cramps. I also take a B 12 supplement every day.

Yes, when I'm walking in 57 degree water at the beach. At least one will cramp up before my walk is over....

Yes, and also: knees, hips, spine, neck, shoulderblades. I have scoliosis and it's pretty bad. It give me all sorts of bone problems. Good thing I have extra muscle definition.

All the time...are you sure you're not diabetic?? I get them in the cold winter nights & I have to get up & walk it off & my toes are like popsicles!!!

sometimes I do, and it takes a long time to get them warm again, must be bad circulation
