The most romantic country on this planet is the country you have experienced through travel. It could be India or it could be Germany, you never know until you've been there.

Ko Samui in Thailand is nice. I've been there with my bf and it was awesome. The moon lighted up the places while u r having dinner and u can see the clear blue sea while u eat. Just beautiful and romantic. Plus, THailand is an exotic places which makes u and ur partner feels the mood of loving and cuddling :)

Wyoming is not a country!!!! And besides, I've lived in that state and it is BORING, don't go there!!!!!
I think it is France too, but they are also a lot of beautiful countries around the world, like Argentina and Croatia...
But I think Europe is the most beautiful place on Earth, it has so much history and just everywhere you look there is beauty and grace, it is breathtaking...
