With or wothout repair?

Without repair about 12 years normally/ Their software is obsolete and storage is terrible but they will last for about 12 years as a functioning computer. Should you keep an antique that long?

Heck no..buy a new updated computer every 3 years.

Let me check my storage shed. hmmmmmmmm seems to be getting fuller. Yes there are the TR80 Model III. Yep vintage early 1980's, whoops just saw a CoCo (Radio Shack Color laptop) run behind that cabinet. Those Trash 80's must be doing something naughty at night.

Oh well, close the door and throw them away or sell them when I get a "round-2-it"

I've heard they are obsolete in a few years. Mine is 6 years old & doing pretty good. A few occasional problems but nothing a computer tech can't fix. We are planning on upgrading to a new one later this year because of security issues & space issues.

That is totally determined by who uses them, and who maintains them.

Usually they can be fixed, but now that they have come down so much in price, most people just replace them.
