Try eating foods low in sodium. Lay off the soft drinks, and drink plenty of water. It is best to eat fresh/frozen fruits and vegetables, but stay away from canned foods as the sodium is high in them. Low-sodium foods and drinking plenty of water will keep the bloating down. Oh, and processed foods like sandwich meat, precooked foods, etc., are also high in sodium.

Eat whatever you usually eat. If you get lots of cramps though, you might want to avoid caffiene just before and during your period. That includes chocolate. Really though, that's a myth that you should restrict your diet or anything else during your period. Just eat, sleep and behave as your normally would.

Hmm... kinky... If you're both into it, go for it. You're not hurting anyone. He may get a stomach ache afterward. Also remember - you can get pregnant by having sex while on your period. You still need to take precautions. Have fun with your dirty selves!

You should try to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. Fruits, vegetables, and multi-grains are great, as well as lean protein, fish, and low-fat dairy products. If you have bad cramping, stay away from salt, caffeine, and alcohol (which you should stay away from if you are under 21). Exercise also helps cramps.

I've never heard of foods to avoid while menstruating or anything like that.
The only thing I've ever heard it to eat foods with iron (red meat, spinach, etc.) because you're losing blood and the iron will help you replenish your red blood cell count.

Eat a healthy diet every day, whether you're having your period or not. Unless you're allergic to something you can eat anything during that time. Try to be a bit less gullible in the future.
