Dont worry.

5% of the population has Rh -ve blood group.
There is absolutely no risk to your life. Forget risk.. being -ve does not affect your health AT ALL!!!

For the first baby there will be no problem if father is +ve and mother is -ve. (and if baby is +ve)

However, the second baby might have a problem if that was the case with the first baby. But this is very much a treatable condition. All that is needed is an injection of Anti-D serum after the first delivery. That will be the end of the problem.

All this will not occur if either the father is also -ve or the first baby is also -ve.

Negative blood type means your red blood cells lack the Rh Factor (Rh antigen).
Rh negative women who are carrying an Rh positive child can make an antibody against the Rh positive antenna and destroy the babies red blood cells. This condition is prevented by giving the women Rh immunoglobulin (Rhogam) during pregnancy.
With today's medical technology, there is no need to worry, but make sure you know the fathers blood type and seek medical help if you wish to fall pregnant.
