Well, it depends on the girl. Some girls don't even bleed their first time they have sex because they've already broken their hymen (this could happen by using a tampon or even exercising). Some girls will bleed right there, but I'm guessing (don't quote me here lol) that it might not bleed out till you stand/sit up since fluids tend to not come out as much when you're laying down verses standing/sitting up.

Some women bleed "right then" as you said, and some don't even bleed. There has been cases of some women that don't have hymen and some women that their hymen has so much elasticity that it doesn't rupture with the first intercourse.

That depends. If the girl's hymen is broken during that first time, then yes, there will be blood right then and there.
