Please elaborate...our government...or globaly...or individual grass roots stuff?
Also, are you talking specifically about conservation of fossil fuels or are you allowed to address alternative energy technologies?
I just replied to your message and then thought of this as well - look into oil reserves in the gulf of mexico and the alaskan wildlife refuge - there are other impact issue surrounding both but it should get you to some good info.
