I am 29 yrs old, married and very frustrated right now. I last had a regular period on January 18th, lasted 6 days regular. But then on the 28th I got my period again and I am still on it for the 13th or 14th day. GYN doc has changed my birth control early this week. But I am concern, this is making very depressed. Dont know what to do anymore. Husband seems not to understand right now. I need help. Its not a heavy period, but its spoting light and it goes from light to dark at times. Should I see a doctor again. He told me I was find. But I dont feel fine.

You should ask a doctor or pharmacist, but not everyone has the textbook period every month on the dot. Some have long periods, some have short ones. Some have periods at varying times, some have them every 30 days exactly. If you're worried, have it checked out if not just to give you peace of mind. -L

Any changes in birth control pill seem to have side effect at the start. If you can wait it out for three months great if not go to your doctor. You really don't need a reason to switch the kind of pill you just need to say I want something a bit different with less side effects.

If this is an ongoing problem, change Md's to get a biopsy, otherwise, I am guessing that there was some sort of hormonal rebellion going on in your body that will work it self out with the new b/c pills. good luck with the hubby. has he tried valiummm?

a chum of mine became pregnant and all her try got here lower back as detrimental even lots of the blood ones. till they gave her an extremely sound there became no confident being pregnant and allot of docs count on the try too plenty. in case you haven't any longer had a time of the month interior the final month and you experience which you're pregnant get in and have another try finished. no longer all hormones would be detected via the at homestead assessments.

I have a feeling it has soemthing to do with the new birth control that you got- go see your doc b/c this can also be a sign of some hormonal imbalance and it's best to take care of it as soon as possible.
