When i look in the My Documents file they are not listed while I'm in nero

What format are they in?
Do you have a full dvd image in iso, img, or bin format? Then use the burn disc image wizard.
Did you download the vob files (video_ts)? Then you'll need a dvd copy program like dvdshrink or dvdfab to open the files and burn through there
Did you download the compressed divx or xvid avi? Then you'll need to burn to regular cd using the vcd mode. If you got the divx or xvid in bin or img format than burn to regular cd using the disc image wizard

If you don't know where they are, try Start/Search and in the name of the movie - and you should be able to see what directory they're stored in.

set your own directory, and write it down. once you tell it where you want your files to go, then they should be there.
