If you have missed when you were SUPPOSED to have your period then you can test. If you get a neg and still feel something is up get a blood test. good luck

If you think you may have gotten pregnant 3 weeks ago you still have another week before you can tell. That is because to get pregnant you need to ovulate. After ovulation it takes about 2 weeks to start your period if you did not conceive. Give or take a couple of days since your periods are irregular. In another week if you did conceive the pregnancy hormone called HCG will be high enought to detect with a urine test. A few signs that pregnancy occured this early may be breast tenderness, fatigue, discharge that increases that may look milky white and thin. Also spotting for a day is a sign of the embryo implanting on the uterine wall. Maybe even some slight pelvic pain that could last for an hour or a day is a sign of implantation. If you don't get your period in a week get a home test and if it is neg wait another week and try again or get a blood test. But ask for the quantitive test becuase it will measure the level of pregnancy hormone.

No, it won't be accurate. I was 5 weeks pregnant before a HPT tested positive. I took one at 3 weeks and 3 at 4 weeks. The only reason I took another one at 5 weeks was because I still felt like I was pregnant. Just wait a few more weeks and take one. If it is negative, wait another week then take one to make sure you still get a negative response. You need to get on some form of hormonal birth control if using condoms is an issue. Plus, with being on birth control your abnormal periods will start to regulate themselves. I don't know how old you are, but if you are not on birth control because of your parents, there are clinics you can go to on your own, or you can sit them down and explain you are sexually active, and you'd rather be on the pill than have a child. Hopefully they recongnize that you are making a logical and mature choice by trying to protect yourself.

I solved my infertility problem with this great method http://get-pregnant.keysolve.net
It's a clinically proven holistic system for permanently reversing your infertility and your partner's infertility disorders and getting pregnant quickly, naturally and safely within 2 months without drugs, dangerous surgeries, side effects, or expensive infertility treatments.
You can also determine when you're ovulating with an ovulating prediction kit, you can buy them at most stores and they are found with the pregnancy tests. You can also buy a basal body temperature thermometer.
There have been many women to succeed with those types of methods. Did you know that it can take up to a year for most couples to conceive a baby, even when they have sex everyday for a year? It's actually normal. Conception isn't quite as easy as people make it out to be. Don't stress because it will happen for you.

No and here's why:
As pregnancy begins, your baby goes through many phases of development. A woman's egg and man's sperm unite on fertilization to form what is technically now called a zygote. The zygote goes through rapid division eventually forming an outer layer called a trophoblast. The trophoblast will begin secreting hCG during early pregnancy. This does not occur until your baby implants into the uterus. Ovulation and fertilization typically occur midway through a woman's menstrual cycle, usually around 14 days after the start of menses. If fertilization occurs, the zygote will travel down the fallopian tube towards the uterine cavity. Around seven to nine days after fertilization, your baby will implant deep into the uterine wall. Your body will not begin producing hCG until then. Once your body has begun producing hCG you should be able to determine pregnancy through a home pregnancy test.
Newer home pregnancy tests detect very small amounts of hCG, some as low as 5 mIU/L. With these very sensitive tests, it is possible to test positive as early as seven days past ovulation. It is important to remember that implantation occurs anywhere from seven to ten days past ovulation and women produce varying amounts of hCG, eventually forming a pattern of doubling hCG amounts every two to three days. While it is possible to test positive as early as seven days past ovulation, there is also a good chance that implantation has not occurred yet or that you are not producing hCG at a high enough level to be detected by a home pregnancy test. For best results, it is still recommended to wait until a woman has missed her period or 14 days past ovulation. For those that just can't wait, the very earliest you should test is seven days past ovulation.

it would matter on how she is calculating. sure, you're frequently seen to be '4 weeks' via the time of your ignored era, yet while she knows while she ovulated/conceived, she would perhaps be counting from concept -- and that is truly achieveable to appreciate via 3 weeks previous concept.
