Cuba and Venezuela are communist, not fascist.
Indonesia is the major fascist state, but many make the argument that many African states have become centers of fascist power. Idi Amin Dada was a major fascist, though he's now out of office.

Yes, only they don't call themselves fascist, that's all.
Nationalism + repression + 1 party + conditional property - that would cover CHINA, Iran, the Arab World and much of Africa.
