my friend is american girl-believes in dating, commitment phobic,career-oriented women, frank with her opinions, slightly loud and aggressive.can such girl adapt to indian atmosphere without being ridiculed by society,by men in general.
she believes indian men to be chauvinistic and indian girls are timid girls.usually american girls believe in dating, marriage, divorce and finally marry someone in their 40's ,when they are mature enough.strangely they can have kids even at 40 yrs because of their genetics.they dont feel wrong about pre-marital affairs.they dont give importance to chastity.they dont feel shy.

Erm, a bit of a sweeping generalisation and a little factually ignorant but I reckon if she's like that she'll never adapt to Indian culture. What about the other side of the picture though, should Indian Culture not try and be tolerant of her, regardless of her "attributes". Maybe thats a more important point and the question you are asking is "Will Indian culture tolerate someone who is a little different"?

Sadly, having lived there for 2 years in the past, I doubt it.

It is very difficult for any girl to adjust to a boy since the girls are immature. But there is one point and that is if the girl is having lots of money, the boys will come and join and go all over this World and spend with the girls. Still adjusting with the boy will be a difficult task.

Avoid boys if the girl is afraid.

Indian culture and Indian Government rules don't allow any freedom to mix boy with a girl or girl with a boy. Hence, avoid coming to India for any mix-up.

I can adapt places like that.... If Indians asked
me why I am not married or anything... then I would
say, "it isn't my fault, I was raised that way."

I can respect other people's cultures. I know I willl be homesick..
But oh well.

IF INDIAN NRI GIRLS CAN ADAPT TO AMERICAN CULTURE, WHY NOT AN AMERICAN ADAPT TO INDIAN CULTURE?(cases can vary with temperament)

It would be very very difficult, IMO.
Possible, but only if she really wanted to adapt and blend in and worked hard at it, and it would certainly be a challenge.
