If you are asking, What is the after math of being angry. It is sadness, guilt, depression,tiredness, chip on the shoulder, grief, unhappiness, disconnected, generally just not feeling very good.

you may have broken something while angry,said something to some one that you didnt mean, you may have made the situation worse while mad because you werent thinking clearly, you could have hurt some one physically or yourself while angry...

usually i feel either stupid for feeling so agnry about a wworthless subject. or i feel angry still because it wasnt resolved
