Stinky feet smell is caused by a fungus, and laundry with bleach would not take it out of shoes when I washed them with white sheets and left hanging on the clothesline in the hot Georgia sun for two days. They came off the clothesline smelling the same.
There is something that will kill the fungus. Desenex foot powder did it for me, but they've changed the active incredient to something else that's good, but you can buy the more effective powder if you ask for it by name. Undecylenic acid. What I bought said Berman on the tube but other companies may make it. Desenex is good, but Undecylenic acid is better Oh. I bought it in the tube as an ointment. So you could use both - powder in the shoes and ointment around the toes. You won't need new boots! Enjoy! Oh - They say it takes two weeks to completely kill a fungus,

The UGG Australia web site recommends using cold water to hand wash your sheepskin or ugg boots -- hot water can damage them. They also recommend that you never put ugg boots in a washing machine, as this can permanently damage the sheepskin.
Additional precautions include not drying your sheepskin or ugg boots in a dryer, near a heat source, or in direct sunlight. Instead, stuff the sheepskin or ugg boots with paper towels, and let them dry naturally, away from heat. The towels will help the boots to keep their shape.
Some makers of sheepskin and ugg boots also offer products made specifically for cleaning, protecting and conditioning ugg boots. It is recommended that you find the manufacturer-recommended products for protecting your boots, as alternative products could damage them.

.As for the odor, put baking soda in them at night and in the morning take it out, that should take care of it,

The best thing for removing smell from any shoe is baking soda. I really does work and doesn't cost as much as the other products. I am not sure of the material but you can find the boot cleaning and conditioning kits at Wal-Mart.

There is a replacement insole for the UGG boots... I never knew they exsisted but I had totally worn out the inside sole of mine and they were stinky!! and I didn't want to get rid of them...
I got the replacement insoles at www.cozyboots.com
They also carry some cleaning products at reasonable prices.. and they are an UGG dealer....
I also found some on eBay but they were twice as expensive...

If the smell comes from the boots being composed of manmade materials, there's not much you can do.
Usually there is a tag inside of boots that tells the composition.
I'd try baking soda overnight; if that doesn't work, pitch 'em.

Put dryer softener sheets in them. This will work for almost anything that needs refreshing. Not knowing the composition of your boots, it is not possible to tell you how to clean the exterior.

leave a piece of pure charcoal inside shoes overnight, maybe two nights. Charcoal can absorb the unwanted odor in shoes & cupboards. It's very user friendly. Absorbs odor, absorb humidity if leave inside drawers. Wrap in paper if worried about the colour.

There is such a thing as shoe deodorizer. Each time you take them off, stuff them with newspaper to absorb dampness. This will also keep the aroma down.

I believe your boots are made of some type of suede material, so I would look for a liquid cleaner that's made for Suede. Cosult a furniture store, seeing as i'm sure they would have something.
