I lost everythings my wife, and my kids, Ihaving seen them over 13 years. I had 5 suicidal attempts, pronouned dead and came back to life.I was in and out of jail, yes anger was my biggest problems, and enemy. I go counseling, see a mental doctors, and now I,ve earn my respects back, get along with everyone ,but deep inside I have a animal that sometime I can,t control.I taken 5 different pills, been depress not seeing my kids, that I love very much ,see that my weakness and my EX used the kids against me. I have enough angers in me that I wanted to kill her and her husband, cause she and the focking jerk kept my kids away from the family. I can go on but a project like this I,ll give you a story that make tears come out of your eyes all the truths.

Affecting! Affecting!
And, your question, properly phrased, should be: "How does anger affect you?"
The answer to which would be, I don't get angry unless I really get angry. I see red. I can't think properly. And I hit, scream, and curse. These blow ups last only a few seconds, and when they subside I am shaky, exhausted, and can barely remember what happenned. But this only happens when I'm not close to the person I'm mad at. If I'm close to the person, I'm never as mad because I know they care about me. I may get into a loud argument, but normally I just hold it in and blow it off through running, writing, or hitting inanimate objects. When I'm mad at a concept or an event or a person I don't know- such as politician- I'm loud and passionate and talkative and demand people to agree with me.
In other words, I'm a real ***** when I'm mad, and that's why I am currently suspended from school.

Anger affects us only if we don't have a good outlet for venting it. In most situations, it's inappropriate to display anger. So we keep it inside. The result is "fight or flight" syndrome. Either we become fearful or we become outwardly cambative. Exercise is the best way to get rid of this syndrome. It's hard to stay angry after a vigorous game of tennis or a mile run. We have to recognize we have anger. In most cases, we can't do much about it anyway. Getting revenge feels good, but only for a while. You have to let it go!

at this point, I have learned to manage my anger much more effectively. In the past, anger has severely impacted my relationship with my friends and my family. I frequently punched or kicked holes in walls and had many broken bones...not good. it caused unnecessary stressors that resulted in fainting, trouble breathing, high blood pressure, and headaches and unreasonable thoughts. I'm a much happier and healthier person now that I can better manage my anger.

anger is not effecting me, nor is affecting me.. when i am pissed off, I shout ! but i come down almost immediately because i dont want the stress to flood all my body and my brain ! it is just to release the tension and let the bad humors get out of my system..

first of all it's "Affecting"...
and personally, anger affects me in different ways.
Sometimes it motivates me to work harder and attain/do more things (positive)...so i use as a kind of motivation...but i will admit that sometimes it gets the best of me and I get loud...use bad words etc... I don't get angry often but I do...Ive learned to control myself and understand situations and make the best of them... when I am angry, its only temporary,,,for a short time, minutes! a lil while...;)

anger makes you hold a grudge, it can make you just think about the person or the situation and you start to get mad.
It causes health problems, ulcers, stomach upset, headaches etc.
Good luck on your project.........
