Any suggestions guys? Kind of worried if other guys don't think I measure up.

Wow, 14 is a tough age, huh. I know anyone can say don't worry about it but really that is the truth. Hold your head up high and proud and know that if you don't measure up now someday you will. My husband looked like a little boy in high school. He is a hunk now while everyone else has a potbelly and is bald. Congratulations on the swim team!

I just wanted to share something with you that may make you feel a little better about what your working with. Not every girl needs a well endowed boy. Just like all boys are built differently, so are all girls. You are a perfect fit for someone and let that be enough for you. I have met a lot of well endowed boys who had no clue how to use it. I am sure that no matter what size you are, your gonna look hot in a speedo and please make sure to trip up your hair real nice before putting it on.

That's a reasonable question, but I wouldn't worry. Most of them are probably worrying about the same thing.
If you have confidence in yourself, and don't pay attention to the worry, then people will be paying attention to you, not your member.
But just in case, if anyone gives you any grief, just look at them like they're crazy and say loudly (so that all of the guys hear), "Why are you looking at my crotch?" They will be so embarrassed that they will leave you alone, and they other guys will be far to busy laughing to pay attention to your willy.

Who cares if you look a little different, because most of the guys on the team will be stuffing anyway. And plus any guys who is trying to break their neck to look at you is gay anyway. So you can make that person feel embarrassed by saying out loud."HEY DUDE WHY ARE YOU CHECKING ME OUT"?
Then all the guys will laugh, and the pressure wont be on you anymore it will be on the new "Gay Guy"

Here's the key for your life: everyone is so worried about how they look that they don't have time to notice how you look. This applies to a lot of things, and you can use it for the rest of your life.
If someone says you come up 'short' say, "Some are show-ers, some are growers! (It rhymes.)
And, if it's a guy or girl, you can always say, "Why are you looking? Are you interested?"
