Cheetas are built for speed not climbing. They can climb but are not particularly built for it while trying to carry prey. Also their habitat doesn't have many trees. They generally will eat very fast so other hunters like hyhenas don't steal the kill.
So, as it isn't impossible for a cheeta to climb and eat, it's very unlikely that one would.

Cheetahs are the fastest animals on Earth. They stalked their prey for about 30-100 ft and that put a lot of strain on their bodies and when they finish the hunting they are very tired and need to rest. They kill their prey by tripping in the run and then suffocate the prey by biting the throat. They drag the prey to some safe place but they don't bring their preys to the trees because they have almost from the 70 to the 80% their food stole to hyenas and Lyons. Their natural enemies are Lyons, leopards and hyenas. And you are right, mainly the leopards are who bring their prey to the trees, because they have very strong jaws. The Che etas are the smaller of big cats. I hope that I help you to solve your question.

Cheetahs don't bring their prey into trees. They can climb, especially when younger, but lack the strength to carry prey into trees (it takes a lot of jaw and leg strength to do that, and their muscles are for running). Since cheetahs use most of their energy in the chase, they haven't enough left to get even themslves into a tree, much less an antelope that weighs half of what it does.

Chetas do not have retractable claws like other cats. Their paws are much like the paws of a dog. No they do not climb.

Nope. But they do use trees for observation.
