The GeForce 6150 will be your problem, and it will be a BIG problem. You need to get a stand alone video card to play counter strike without lag. Something in the GeForce 7600, 7800, or 7900, or Radeon 1600, or 1900 range.

Lag will depend on certain parts...
-Low Memory
-Low Ram
-Too much people on 1 server
Usually 150+GB will not lag
