Do they celebrate their birthdays every four years?

Yes my aunt Marie and now that she is older she loves it! Says she only can age on the 29th so she is years younger! And my best friends sister, but she celebrates every year.

No, they either celebrate their birthday on the 28th or March 1st.They are Leap Year babies.I was born on the 28th.I have a friend that celebrates all 3 days during Leap year.And also both days every year.Cool...

Yes I do, and so technically he has only had like 10 birthday's.
They just celebrate it on February 28th in the off years.
