I have had bad choices of sprint phones—Samsung A60 (Music—MIDI) and Motorola Razor V3m (Phone failed and Memory Card didn’t work). What’s the best sprint phone for a guy to have? One that is easy to use, simple to upload music and one that works with USB cable? Sprint is my carrier.

I got the PPC 6700. After rebates (Customer loyalty and signing up for another 2 years) the phone was $299 and then $100 mail in rebate for a total of $199 for the phone. So I got the music player thru WMA format though with USB cable. And I found that with the 30 second audio recorder I can record the music and use that as a ring tone. I learned that by accident and so what i plan to do is get certain people to say twice, like " This is Gloria calling, answer the phone", I could play 5 secs of music then have them say this. I think that would be like voice ID. I would not have to look at the phone. Of course, I have to spend I thing $20 for the program to associate name with a ringtone. It already has the Pic ID program. When the phone rings you can see the pic of who is calling if you want along with the number. With the Treo 600 you had to buy the program to get pic with number. Also the treo 700 is also available, But I do not know if you qualify for the new phone discount yet or not . Also the phone can use up to a 4GB mini SD card, and that would mean 3000 songs. But then I plan to have maybe 400 songs and some games on there for now. But just depends on what you want to spend. Now the Treo 700 is better as far as the screen now and has the same features as the PPC more or less. Just a different keyboard and slimmer than the PPC phone. Again, just a matter of what you can afford.
