Most junkyards can't sell entire cars due to title issues. (at least in Illinois)
Try cruising the budget car lots for a high mileage poorly running cavalier. The problem is that most cavaliers still run great long after the body and interior fall to pieces.

Wherever it got buried when it died. They shouldn't be hard to find, those were some of the worst cars Chevy ever slapped together. Try a local junkyard, they should be full of them.
