This is one of the toughest things I ever had to do. Our first choice wasn't the best but our current nanny has been with us over five years. we used a service at first we found out hey skimmed so much off the top that our nanny was underpaid and unhappy. Interview them more than once and if let them interact with your child observe this carfully and you will have at least some idea of what the person is like. All I can say is search hard and don't settle. Good luck!

I never had a nanny and I never will because I do not trust no one with my children. This is why I am so happy that I am able to stay home to take care of my children.
I feel bad for some families that does not have a choice...
