Will my income affect my boyfriends SSDI payments if we marry?

I am on ssdi and no it will not affect your payments. Unless it is ssi, which is the welfare program for people who did nto have enough quarter in to get it on their own. So dont worry get married. Good luck and congrats.

A good question since I am on SSDI. SSDI is paid based on what you paid into the fund. I do no think it has to do with ones martial status. I am not sure, Check it out with your local SS office.
