I dont even really think its like that for guys anymore, and actually i had 7 in my left and 2 in my right, it did it like that because i liked the look and most of my girl friends have odd numbers of earrings too. I think the only safe way to know if she's gay or not would be to ask her outright (unless you caught her at a K.D. Lang concert lol)

My Dad had both ears pierced so find this an utterly ridiculous way to see if someone is gay. A friend once told me if you got your cartilage pierced do it in the left because the right ear means your gay. I hope that helped?

I can't say that I know any girls with a single peircing in their ear, but no, I don't think it means that she's a lesbian. I have several friends with more holes in one ear than the other and they are all straight.

I thought that was just for guys. I have my left ear only pierced and I'm not gay and no-one has ever thought that about me. Do what you want. Who cares????
