I can't sleep at night if the covers are over my head. I fell like i can't get any fresh air under their.

No - I would feel like I was suffocating.
My brother does sleep with a blanket over his head, and has since he was a toddler.

only partially...my b/f sleeps with the fan on...even in winter...so I get cold...and cover my head...but it's nice to breathe too...
