I think the best way is to shave some handy tips are make sure you have a sharp razor (as blunt ones can lead to nicks and cuts), no rusty razors either, when shaving shave in all dirrections to make sure all of the hairs are cut of not just the ones going virticle an ddont push down to hard on the skin glide lightly over the skin.

Most of us just shave. I use a cheap razor, the disposable kind guys use to shave their faces, in the shower every day.
Some people prefer electric razors or a deplilatory like Nair but I think shaving in the morning shower is easiest.

Well, daily shaving in the shower is easiest. But, if you want a more permanent removal, then i think you can get electrolysis. It's expensive, but permanently removes hair.

Shave your armpits,use creme especially used to remove hair, or wax it (it might hurt but the good thing is you don't have to worry about hair growing back up to 2 weeks!!!!) GOOD LUCK =D

If you're male; Why are you asking this question? GUYS DON'T SHAVE THEIR UNDERARM HAIR!
If you're female; use a shaver! Then, your armpits will be nice and smooth.
