the girl i considered to be my BEST friend doesn't even consider me to be one of her 3 closest friends and i really don't know what to do!! i considered her to be my bff for the past 4 yrs and i don't know who to turn to and i really can't take it. i'm like freaking out here :( what do i do???

Come on. Friends are not going to be there forever. You sound pretty childish...so what if she doesn't consider you as her closest friend? Does that mean it is the end of the world?
There are definitely plenty of people out there, you can make friends with.
Just forget about her and move on. I am sure you'll meet better people out there, who really care for you.
Everything happens for a reason.
Exactly how old are you again?

Friendships change over time; maybe she considered you her best friend 4 years ago but no longer does.
One realization that 'might' help here [from an OLD LADY point of view...] is that at some point in my life I discovered that friendships are NEVER equal. One person is always going to like the other person more. I have been on both sides of the fence equal numbers of times, and after I realized that inequality thing, it really helped me when I was on the downside of the relationship.
It might be time for you to stretch your wings, get to know other people more, join a new club or activity so you can meet others. Look for people who are new to the area or are alone at lunch, and see if you can form some new friends.
