I know, that's always confused me too. "Supposedly" they can have egg yolks starting at around 8-10 months, and then whites after a year. I just boiled the eggs, and gave her the the yolk....and usually the whites as well. Scrambled eggs are also easy to pick up. Unfortunately, my daughter doesn't seem to like eggs, and she is 19 months old, but they are a quick, easy, and nutritious breakfast...

Boiled eggs I only eat the whites,fried I eat both the yolk and the egg white :)

both, i dont like the yolk very much, but i know it is good for my health, so i eat it first and then let the better flavor of the white stay in my mouth instead.
