any changes/suggestions for this poem...

Adventurous cheetah
Prowl throught the desert
Hot & Humid
Like a ____________
Fire in the dirt?

Thats all i have. I cant find anything to rhyme.

I'd change "Prowl through the desert" to "Prowl the savanna" and the rhyme could be "Student of Diana" (an esoteric reference to hunting: Diana is the Roman goddess of the hunt) or "Once as far as Ghana" in reference to its former range throughout much of Africa.
And I'd change "Hot & Humid" since it's not very humid in Central Africa.

they stalk, not nessacrily hunt. cheetahs go for small prey first. so they wait till baby animals wander off away from its mother then they strike. but sometimes the baby animal stays with the parent. not exactly hunting. more of just curious and opportunity

Well a "Hun" kinda goes with hot and humid, but they were asian. O btw cheetahs also "Drink"

They also mate and make little cheetahs. Hey, could we call them Cheetohs?
