No. If you try to catch them and grab only part and they fall and get hurt they could sue you for bodily injury and you could lose your house, your car, and your bank accounts. It's just not worth it.
Anyone up above who answered "yes" does not know or appreciate the vicious side of human nature. It's far wiser to let them drop. For the same reason if you are driving and you want to let someone in front of you from a side street, NEVER NEVER EVER motion to them with your hand. If they pull out without looking and get hit you will lose your house, your property, and your bank accounts.

I saw someone fall out of a boat one time. I tried to run and catch them, but I sank in the water. Oh well.

As I tell people. I would die for my worst enemy so most likely I would definitely run and try to catch a falling person.

YES! I would there alot of heroes out there and that what saving someone life is all about. Fire fighters, Police officers, EMT, the lists goes on so make yourself proud, say focuse, and save a life ,never know it could happen to you.

Yes! I would run as fast as I could and prevent her from hitting her head on the concrete.then I would breath life back into her lungs of love.
